1. What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to dispatch your order within 4–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via SMS or email.
2. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge applies based on the delivery location.
3. How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number.
4. What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Make sure the product is unused and in original packaging. Read more on our Return Policy.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
